Orders will be delivered using either Royal Mail or Hart Distribution and dispatch will be arranged as quickly as is possible, in most cases within 48 hours.
Orders may be cancelled at any time before they are dispatched. Either e-mail sales@arragons.com or call the shop on 01768 890 344. Product which has already been dispatched will be treated as a normal return as outlined above.
We shall not be held liable for incidental or consequential damages or expenses. This includes, but is not limited to damage to property, lost income, profits, economic or commercial losses and third party claims.
We will do our upmost to ensure orders are dispatched as soon as possible. We have no liability to you for any delay in the delivery of products ordered. You have the right to cancel delayed orders at any time and get a refund prior to your order being dispatched. This does not affect your statutory rights.
