Phil has taken to using the turbo once a week as his plan is telling him to do some pretty serious sprint intervals now.

We had a visitor today and thankfully a regular customer so we weren't too alarmed by his bahaviour! He reckons it's a great idea for Winter cycling but we think he'll be lucky not to be arressed walking around in this getup.

Imagine the joy from the workshop when this afternoon, Rich and Andrew each had a Scott Foil to prepare.... we get a lot of nice bikes through our workshop but I have to admit it's quite rare to have cycles of this calibre in together!
