After Sarah's successful Ironman Austria 2011 in a great time of 11 hours 27 minutes the baton has finally fallen to Phil.
So this years Challenge is Ironman Lanzarote 2012 on Saturday May 19th, famed for its mountains, strong winds and sunshine.
Phil and four of his mates are going for a quick swim around the harbour, a blast around the island on the bikes and a run up and down the sea front!
The team is Phil Graham, James Pittam, Dave Simpson and John Turner and they can be found training most days throughout the winter, so if you see them shout some encouragement!
Most of the team are the wrong side of 14 stone and Ironman begineers.
