Is this possibly the best training partner anyone could ask for? Faithful friend to run with you through the elements! Its a great way of showing us whether we're fit or not, you can always gauge that from how athletic the dog is!
You might not have realised but Mytle has been part of the staff for the last seven years... she lives in a little den in the workshop. She's quite a nervous little lady so we don't let her roam the shop being friendly but instead, she sleeps all day happily and lets us know when we've over worked with a grumble and a groan.
Phil and the gang are nearing half way with the training, having ticked off 13 of the 30 weeks training. All is going well really, the lads are managing to train together through the week with friendly banter spurring them all on. None of them are going out for glory so all are happy to support each other on the way. We've been really lucky with the weather so far too.
