With these inner cutters, you can prepare head tubes with a variety of inner diameter headset assembly of the classic headsets (with external bearing shells). The identification system (S.H.I.S. - Standardised Headset Identification System) is used to identify the individual cutters to make sure that the correct one is used. This identification system is composed of: the headset type and the associated inner diameter of the head tube (example: EC 34). EC (External Cup) stands for the classic headset, ZS (Zero Stack) for the semi-integrated headset and IS (Integrated Standard) for the integrated headset.
