In principle, the M99 DY Pro is suitable for operation with any commercially available 6V/3W hub dynamo. One exception is the SONdelux from the manufacturer Schmidts Original hub dynamo. Due to the flatter voltage curve of this model, the M99 DY Pro does not reach its full output and the high beam is only available at a significantly higher speed.
The SON28 is more suitable.
