Whether you use your bike for racing, commuting or recreation, a reliable bike service is key in ensuring that you continue to enjoy your bike. Regular bike servicing by professionals increases the longevity of your bike as well as your riding pleasure. It also helps prevent unexpected, avoidable service costs. We have offer emergency slots for those passing through & you don't need to book for a puncture repair or tyre change. Pre bookings for service work are necessary for the fastest turnaround - we aim to reunite you with your bike same day where we can.
At a Shimano Service Centre, you get excellent bike care from the people who know your bike best. You never have to worry about quality, reliability or safety. We do everything we can to make it as easy as possible for you to take good care of your bike. Ask us anything. We are always happy to help and offer advice. We demonstrate our expertise in what we do for you − every time.

Our hourly rate is £45 which includes VAT

We will work through the whole of your bike to adjust the tension in your gears and brakes, provide a basic wheel true and advise you on any additional work that may be required.
£45 hourly charge, approximately 2-3 hours depending on condition of your bike
Treat your bike to a thorough check over: We will semi strip the bike to degrease the moving parts. We will work through the entire bike to check and adjust the tension and settings, replacing any worn parts as necessary. We will seek your authorisation if the repair cost is going to be in excess of £200 total. You will receive a full report of our work, and a test ride from our mechanic will prove function on the road as well as the stand.
£45 hourly labour charge, usually 4-5 hours depending on the condition of your bike
This is a full and comprehensive strip down of the bike to clean and degrease every part of it. Your whole bike will receive a complete makeover and will ride as new. We will replace worn parts as necessary, seeking autorisation if the repair cost is going to be in excess of £400 total. Our mechanic will test ride the bike to prove function and you will receive a full breakdown of all the work that's been carried out for your records.
Suspension servicing is an option on demand.
£20 for bikes not purchased from Arragons Cycles. If you bought your bike from us, updates are complimentary
We have diagnostic tools for the major systems - Bosch, Shimano, Fazua, Mahle, SportDrive & Brompton - to allow us to connect your eBike & update electronic components firmware.

*We have a daily late collection storage charge of £5 per day if a bike is left for longer than 7 days after completion of work due to our lack of storage. Please call to arrange if you are unable to collect in a reasonable time and we will do our best to accommodate you.
