Our mechanics have been Cytech Trained to Level 3 to fix and service the latest Suspension Forks and Shocks from Fox, Rockshox, Marzocchi and SR Suntour. You’ll have peace of mind when you trust us with your suspension and it will be carried out in house in our fully equipped Shimano Service Centre.

Our hourly rate is £35 which includes VAT

For Fork Fitting, this includes the removal of your old Fork, the removal, fitting & set up of your front brake, the removal and/or fitting of the crown race, cleaning and greasing of headset bearings, assembly of headset spacers and stem, measurement of steerer length and cutting, insertion of the star nut, final assembly of forks into bike, pre-tension of the headset and tighten stem bolts to the correct torque.
For Shock Fitting, this includes the removal of your old shock, the removal and/or fitting of shock bushings, assembly of shock into frame, lubrication, pressurisation, adjustment of shock sag and set up of the high and low speed compression for the rider’s weight.
We aim to get this completed and back to you the same day, but if we need to order bushings there may be a slight delay.

This should be carried out approximately every 50 Hours.
This includes the removal of the lower section of your suspension forks, an internal clean of the lowers, new suspension oil and a performance assessment. We will also replace the dust seals and foam rings if they are required (sold separately). Our aim with this service is to get your forks back to you the same day.
