For inserting 1" and 1 1/8" star nuts: * Screw the required 1", 1.5" or 1 1/8" bushing hand tight into the impactor tool. * Screw the star nut to be mounted onto the central spindle. * Insert the tool onto the top of the steerer tube and tap it down with a hammer until it stops. * Remove the impactor from the steerer tube by turning the knurled top anticlockwise. The star nut remains in place in the steerer tube.
