Worklift'r 2.0 Hydraulic Assembly Stand for bicycles/e-bikes/load bikes. E-bikes often cause problems when clamping in an assembly stand. High weight and unconventional frame shapes thwart clamping attempts with classic bicycle holding clamps. Cyclus Tools offers a professional solution with the Worklift'r 2.0. E-bikes, cargo bikes and even conventional bikes are quickly lifted into an ergonomic working position. The clever drive-on ramp allows bikes up to 30kg net weight to be lifted with little effort. The adapter system with different plug in adapters enables secure fixing of different axle mounts. The swivelling, height adjustable bottom bracket support is a safe and stable way to support the bike, if this cannot be used (e.g. with a mid engine model), the bicycle is supported using the rear wheel. The rear wheel sits on adjustable support rollers and remains fully mobile, as is necessary for example, when adjusting the gears and testing the drive system. The right working height is the basis for safe, ergonomic and effective work. The desired working height is set in seconds using the foot pedal. Tool holders on the side keep the required tools within easy reach. The Worklift'r can carry a maximum load of 100kg. The stand has two steered wheels allowing easy manoeuvring, while the parking brake ensures the stand stays put.
