Come and join #TeamArragons as we launch an annual Winter campaign with Zwift
Do you suffer from a Winter cycling slump where the thought of layering up for cold wet weather causes your motivation to tumble? Come and join us in the first annual health retreat, from the comfort of your home on Saturday 17th February for our Double50 ride.
To take part, get on Zwift Companion App and search in Clubs for Double50. From there, we'll be posting training rides and preparing for the big day. We aim to recruit 50 people to ride Double50 at their own pace on Saturday 17th February 2024, where we'll complete the mass participation event on Zwift.
If you don't want to ride but would like to support the team in their funsraising efforts, please find the link here SUPPORT EPILEPSY ACTION - DOUBLE 50
This yearly Winter club will meet virtually to train up to our special event, ensuring our motivation remains high over Christmas and New Year so we can enjoy the festivities without fear of piling on the festive pounds & instead, raising vital pounds for our chosen charity. We'll have twice weekly optional group sessions, preparing us for the main event.
We'll be taking part in a 50 mile mass cycle in the morning, break for shower and food, then a group 50 miler in the afternoon. The inaugural event will be in support of Epilepsy Action, A Charity That Improves The Lives Of Everyone Affected By Epilepsy. From Diagnosis to Treatment. If we get 50 people to join the ride raising £50, that is £2500 for this super charity.
Get on Zwift Companion, Search Double50 in Clubs & join us! Alternatively, text Sarah on 07525 243 159 for more information.
